MORNING OFFERING

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world. I offer them for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, the reparation for sin, the reunion of Christians, the salvation of souls, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father this month. Amen.

Bless us O Lord,
and these thy gifts
which we are
about to receive

PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

O, Holy Spirit, beloved of my soul, I adore You.
Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me.
Tell me what I should do; give me Your orders.
I promise to submit myself to all that You desire of me
and to accept all that You permit to happen to me.
Let me only know Your Will.
Amen.

 

FOR THE LIFE OF AN UNBORN CHILD

Jesus, my Lord, through the intercession of Mary, Your Mother, who bore You so lovingly, and of St Joseph, strong man of faith, who protected You both, I pray to You for the life of the unborn child who is in danger of abortion, the one I have spiritually adopted.
Please give to the parents of this particular child the grace and courage to bring it to the life You have destined for him/her.
Amen.

I ASK PARDON FOR THE SINS OF THE WORLD

O my Jesus, I love You over and above everything!
For the love of You I am sorry for all my sins.
O merciful love, I ask pardon for the sins of the world.
United with the Immaculate Heart of our Heavenly Mother, I ask pardon for all my sins and for all the sins of my brothers and sisters that have been and will be committed until the end of the world.
My dear Jesus, united with Your Holy Wounds I offer my life to the Eternal Father according to the intention of the Sorrowful Mother.
Virgin Mary, Queen of the World, Mediatrix of humanity, our only refuge and hope, pray for us!

 

PRAYER FOR GUIDANCE

Lord, show me clearly what You want me to do with the gifts You have given me.
Grant me the strength that I need to answer Your call with courage and love.
Make me a generous person so that others may experience Your love through me.
Help me always to look to You to show me the way to lead my life.
Amen.

 

PRAYER FOR HELP

May the Divine Assistance remain always with us + and may the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

PRAYER FOR TRUE WISDOM

O Heavenly Father,
every day of our lives
we are bombarded with words of wisdom
from all sides.
We are told how to do our job,
how to keep our health,
how to take our leisure,
how to attain happiness,
and how to live every aspect of our lives.
We are in desperate need
of maintaining our balance
amid the flow of such constant earthly wisdom.
Help us to measure everything against the wisdom
of Your Son Jesus Christ.
